October ? a perfect month. Our favourite island, sunshine & storms, pool swims, oceans swims, favourite sunrises, favourite sunsets, favourite people, favourite food and a beautiful family wedding. Live music, busy classes, an @asaretreats event at The Studio, and enjoying other studios (with infrared saunas!!!) a-lot of it not pictured but hearts are pretty full and the wish for time to slow down is the strongest reminder to stay present. #october
